For over 30 years Mr. Remley has been almost exclusively engaged in the civil litigation and workers compensation for both insurers and plaintiffs/claimants. He has handled literally thousands of civil and comp files and has tried dozens of matters to final award and jury verdict. This breadth of advocacy experience on both sides of legal conflicts has equipped him with a unique ability to see and truly understand both sides of such conflicts as a mediator.

POSITIONS HELD
Upon graduating from law school, Dave Remley served as law clerk to the Hon. J. P. Morgan, Judge of the Missouri Supreme Court. Thereafter he moved to Cape Girardeau where he has been continuously engaged almost exclusively as a litigator and mediator. Dave established his solo practice in 2003.
